Kind Tips:Pls Wear Surgical Gloves Before Operation!
Operation:
Step 1: Prepare the surface, abrade the pipe with sandpaper or file and clean the surface .
The prepared area should be approximately 3 to 4 times the size of the damaged area.
Step 2: Knead epoxy untild uniform the color.
Step 3: Apply epoxy to the damage area.
Step 4: Using gloves, remove bandage from the package.Immerse in temperate water for 4-6 seconds.
Step 5: Wrap tightly and quickly,using entire roll extend approx. 5 to 8cm above and below the damage area.
Step 6: Rub and polish thoroughly
Step 7: Wait 30min for ANSEN Bandage to set rock-hard.Then finish the application.
Curing time reference value
1. 2ºC/36°F: 15minutes;
2. 25ºC/77°F: 8minutes;
3. 50ºC/122°F: 4minutes. |
Transportation and Storage
1.When transport should prevent stress, direct sunlight and rain snow leaching;
2.Avoid deliberately kneading bags, prevent breakage of packaging bags;
3.Should be stored in dry, avoid light, avoid heat indoor, storage temperature should be lower than 40ºC, preferably below 30ºC.
