Product Description

AnsenFix pipe repair bandage is a water-activated instant-repair bandage used mainly for emergency repairs on pipes and pipeline protection. It is made from fibreglass saturated with water-activated polyurethane for high strength and elasticity.

AnsenFix Pipe repair bandage is an extremely convenient and effective product for the emergency and permanent repair of less severe pipe leaks on steel,HDPE, rubber hoses, ventilation ducts, plastic both underground and surface application.

Quick and simple to use with no mixing or measuring required. A successful pipe repair can be achieved in only 30 minutes

Wrap Seal Quick Repair Kit

Wrap Seal Quick Repair Kit consist of 1 roll of Fiberglass repair bandage/water activated fiberglass tape, 1 unit of  57g Epoxy Putty, 1 pair of gloves and operating instructions.

Of course you can purchased these items separately.

 

Product Operation

1. Wear rubber gloves, take out the epoxy resin putty, then press it on the leaks after knead and plastic it.

 

2.Take out the water activated tape, soaked it in the water for 5 second and squeeze out the water, then wrapped out of the epoxy resin putty.(about 4-10 layers)

 

3.Then epoxy resin putty will start hardening in 8-10 minutes and complete its reparation after 30 minutes.

Note:
1.This water activated tape must be used after taken out or it will be hardened soon. If you need to multi-volume winding bandages at one time, please open the package one by one as required.

 

2. If the pipe corrosion more serious, first clean and then construction. Please choose the right size tapes for construction.
